I very much enjoyed this book. I can't say I always understood. At times, with all the names and characters it was difficult for me to follow. I stayed with it, though, because it was so much fun to read. Beautiful prose!As a study on human foibles this story is excellent. As a story about Leonardo it is tragic and redeeming.
